My mom picks up this product called Drip Dry (I think it's from O.P.I.) and it comes in a bottle with an eyedropper. It works wonders. She usually gets it from Salon Centric (you need a cosmologist license to purchase from there) but I'm sure it's at Sally's too!

I for one use Pam it dries very quickly just spray your nails pretty far away and wash them afterwards.

There's a bunch of videos on Youtube! Fast drying topcoats, drying drops, sticking your nails in a bowl of ice water, spraying your nails with Pam are just a few that are mentioned in those videos:)

Either get a dry fast topcoat, I love Seche Vtie dry fast topcoat, get a can of air that dries nails in seconds, or stick them in a bowl of ice water for about 30 seconds.
