I just got one and tried it out. is it natural to have a giant zit on the first use or is my zit from something else?

yes u might break out the first two months its natural just keep using it

I've heard it's normal due to the impurities being pushed to your skins surface through the deep cleansing.

It cleans the gunk from deep in your pores so it would be normal for you to get a few zits here and there. Keep with it and you'll see amazing results soon enough!
