First of all get rid of dead ends and deep condition always make sure to moisturize your hair. Use a daily conditionner with keratin.

If you have split ends, get them cut. you can do coconut oil, mayo, castor oil, etc.masks.

If it's split ends, you can't repair it (imagine you have like a torn piece of paper, you can glue it together, which you can basically do to your hair to - figuratively speaking - but it's not untorn), but if it only feels dry I'd use deep conditioning and shampoo especially designed for colour treated hair
I personally like kerastase's chroma thermique, which is a heat protectant for colour treated hair, that makes my hair feel nice and soft so that might be something to consider but it's kinda pricey
