Can grape seed oil help my hair grow? and how long should I leave it in for?

Actually...Kitty said that not all sulphates are bad for you hair. She said that some are gentle and some are not. Sodium Laureth Sulphate is a good sulphate and Sodium Lauryl Sulphate is not so great.

While it may not necessarily help your hair grow grape seed oil, castor seed oil, and coconut oil are all great for hair (I'm sure there are other great oils too). I also like to use grape seed oil on my face (away from eyes), it doesn't feel quite as heavy as other oils.
