About a year ago I bleached my hair blonde, and now I'm having the consequences of the bleach. my hair is so terribly damaged I honestly don't know how to fix it. I've been using its a 10 but it just makes my hair really really frizzy and it bothers me so bad. What else can I use?! helppppppppp.

Heating up olive oil or coconut oil (depends what I have at the time) and leaving it on for around ten minutes before you go to shower helped me if you're looking for good at home type things. Store bought I really like the moroccanoil restorative hair mask for weakened and damaged hair.

Are you using a shampoo made for damaged hair? and I would try oil treatments and lay off on using straightners, curling irons, etc.

Coconut oil, castor oil, & mayo masks will help. make sure to get your split ends cut as well. do you use heat a lot on your hair? if so, try to cut back. there are plenty of no heat hairstyles. always use a heat protectant too.
