Honestly any store that sells ripped jeans or even just jeans lol. They are straight cut/boot cuts just rolled up on the bottom.
American eagle, garage, forever 21, American apparel, bluenotes, below the belt, street, stitches, old navy, the gap, Ardenes, American outfitters, the jean warehouse, blue jeans etc.etc. these are just some stores I've been too lately that have tons like that.

They look like the ripped jeans that PacSun sells. I work at PacSun and I saw ones just like that in my store :)

You can find very similar jeans to those almost anywhere. These jeans I'm wearing today are from Kohl's.
