On my face I use urban decay 24/7 concealer pencil. They last forever - I've gone through 3 in the past 7 years!
For dark circles I use a Bobbi brown color corrector and Lancôme Maquicomplet concealer. Corrector is great, the concealer works well but I hate the packaging. Mine leaks out of the opening and gets all over everything else in my makeup bag :(

I have tried a slough of concealers, but the best one I have found, especially for my dark circles, is Benefit's Erase Paste.
It is a bit thick, so you will have to warm it up on your fingers so it doesn't settle. It also takes a very little amount. I set with a little bit of powder and BAM. Done. I tried it in Ulta one day out of curiosity and bought it right after. The little pot has lasted me almost a year, so the splurge is certainly not that much in the long run.
Sorry for the book. I hope you find something you like!

Blemishes and dark spots I use MUFE Full Cover. It covers everything very well and stays for hrs. I believe it's oil, fragrance and paraben free.
For under eyes I apply Maybelline Age Rewind Dark Circle Corrector in the shade Brightening and then I apply Nars Radient Creamy Concealer. I have severe dark circles and this combo covers almost all of it

I don't really conceal blemishes, when I get them, because mine tend to get bigger and worse when I try to cover them up! When I do conceal under my eyes I use NYX concealer in a jar, and it words really nicely , and it looks very natural!

I've been really liking the Maybelline age rewind. It's light and kind of sheer, but does cover. I can't get MAC Prolongwear to work for me. I feel like I need the tapered kabuki brush from sigma for it. I've been interested in the Bobbi brown corrector because I have blue circles under my eyes.

I use the concealer palette from the Shany cosmetics Mini Masterpiece set. I also use it on my clients. I recommend it!

For under the eyes, I use Mac pro longwear concealer or Erase Paste by benefit, for blemishes I love Laura Mercier secret camouflage :)
