I shop at hot topic a lot but don't ever see anything like them /:
I want really good leather or at least really good faux leather
But still no where to be found

You can get high waisted versions everywhere, just type in disco pants in boohoo or somewhere and they'll come up :)

Disco pants aren't the same material, they're a polyester spandex blend.

For real leather pants, check motorcycle shops and places that cater to that crowd. Most common shops won't carry real leather pants, or high quality faux leather.
