I've bought it recently "Estée Lauder
double wear" it's great but when it comes to setting it with powder it becomes caky I think my power is the problem I use mac
studio fix it's heavy and have a great
coverage I used to use with mac studio fix foundation it's great but I had to change my foundation cause I want to do full coverage but now with Estee Lauder it looks caky... What do you use with it’? Or which powder do you recommend?.. I'm thinking of buying select sheer powder by mac

The one powder I loved has now been discontinued, which sucks because it was the perfect setting powder. I've just been using the Maybelline Fit Me powder until I find a new one, it sets pretty well and hardly leaves me cakey if I use a light hand.

I use the double wear and I don't think it even needs to be set with powder. I highlight and contour my whole face, so that plus blush is enough. It's a very tricky foundation to work with but I love it

I agree with Kendall I don't set that foundation with powder because it doesn't need it :-)

I use this foundation as well. & most of the time I don't use a powder to set it. Only when I've had it on for 8 hours & my T zone starts to get a little oily (which it rarely ever does with this foundation). But if you do use a setting powder I recommend a translucent one. & after I apply it I go over my face with a wet beauty blender in circular motions to soften it up.

I have been having some issues experimenting with this foundation as well. I have only had it for a couple of weeks but so far I've found that it seems to look best and last the longest without a primer and without a setting powder.
What do you ladies use to apply your double wear? I've been using a combo of a brush and a Beauty blender.
