Why is my hair weird.

My hair is naturally straight. Except a few of my hair strands are slightly corkscrew like. Do any of you know what is the cause of this? Is there any way to prevent hair strands from becoming like this?

If it is really only a few hairs then I think those might just be damaged hairs. Anything from heat to getting snagged in a brush or comb can do that. Of course some people do have mixed textured hair but I believe you would have more than a few-hope this helps.

Thanks Jane! I really only do have a few and I think it's from heat damage because I've been blow drying my hair a lot.
