Should I do a Cruella Deville makeup look?

So since I have my little baby Bowie, I have been Thinking about doing a cruella deville makeup look, do you guys have any ideas to how it should look, don't know I it should be cartoon-ish or more Real life?? All suggestions are more than welcome.

Make it realistic. That's the best way if you're leaving home and going out in public.

Cruella had high sharp cheekbones, red lipstick, thickish round eyebrows, and messy brown/purplish eyeshadow on her eyelids. This look was recreated pretty much 100% the same as the cartoon. But I think you should make it more real life than cartoonish :)
