Well everybody's pain tolerance is different and I would think definitely it would change with pregnancy but in not 100 percent. But if you really want it then go for it.

After pregnancy,your skin will be a little stretched out,but thats why you have to excersise and watch what you eat during your pregnancy...but I don't think it would look bad,compared to getting it in the stomach:)

That sort is supposed to absolutely kill, on par with the intense pain of a foot tattoo.
