If you want it, get it! you don't have to be tiny to get it. if anything, it'll motivate you so that you can eventually show it off :) as for the good times.. if he's rubbing up on it a lot (I don't know how to word it lol) then I'd assume that would irritate it & it'd hurt. but once it's healed you should be fine :)

Oh no, no it shouldn't, unless like Kat said, he runs up on it. Lol! It takes around 6 months to heal! Make sure to let it breath for the first few months and don't wear shirts that'll pull on it!

Why should she not get it? I say go for it. I'm like you and most of the weight is in my stomach, and it is extremely difficult for me to lose weight because I am pre-diabetic and have pcos. But I had a belly button piercing and I loved it but it got infected so I had to take it out :( I plan on getting it done again though :D

Interesting question Brianna. It's honestly up to you whether to get it or not. I would say I wouldn't get it until I was happy with my body, but at the same time, it may motivate you to lose the weight!
If you choose to do so, it will be very sensitive. I remember mine bled on an off for a couple months, due to trauma towards it. I would be very careful that it doesn't rub against anything, get caught on clothing etc. because it can be very painful.
I've had mine for over a year now and I'm obsessed with it! I don't flaunt it often to be honest. Only if I'm in a bikini, crop top, etc. but it's just sooo adorable! I LOVE jewelry, so I just look at it as another place to be sparkly lol. :)
If you have any other particular questions about getting it pierced of the care of it, I'd be happy to answer. :)

Get it! Don't worry about your weight, I'm plus size and my drag queen friend who also happens to be plus size tried to get me to get mine pierced with him. He had already had it before despite his weight but let it grow up. I don't see any problem with being plus size and having a belly ring, it's entirely up to you! I think it'd be great :) go for it!

Make sure you clean it properly and be careful with clothing, as you can get it caught or it can rub on your clothing and won't heal properly! And also, only get it If it's what you want 100%, although you can remove it. And thanks ladies, about the comments about me not being chubby. I do have a belly, I just hide it well ;) but thank you haha x

It depends, which do you feel would motivate you more to lose the weight, getting it and wanting to show it off or waiting until you're at your ideal weight? Whichever you think would be a better motivation should be the decision :)

Your not chubby or fat you look fine Get it , you don't have to be super skinny to have a belly ring it looks good on pretty much anyone. I have mines done and it didn't hurt too much , although stuff comes out of it also you will have to turn it and slide it up and down so that it doesn't get stuck they will tell you. if they don't give you a bottle of the solution you can always wash it with antibacterial soap I washed mines so much it helps with irritation and helped it keep clean I got it done with two other friends and both of there rejected , probably because the didn't clean it as often.

I had one and I'm chubby. The thing that is the most difficult about having a new naval piercing is that it's a pain in the ass when healing because I personally didn't want to flaunt my belly all of the time and it needs to not be covered for the healing process. It will interrupt your sex life for awhile, you can't be rough and you have to be extra careful around that area otherwise you're going to hurt it and if it's constantly bumped it's probably going to reject.

Do whatever you want personally I don't think it looks good on super overweight people ( it makes you want to be skinny when you get one cause it pulls down your belly button skin down a little ) but your not really overweight so I don't see a problem :)
