Steampunk would be cool and some dramatic makeup can go with it :D
I'm actually making two costumes. One for my sister and one for me. She's going with a steampunk look and I'm being a satyr. Steampunk look is easy to do a DIY on. YouTube there are tons of tutorials but a satyr not so much. A lot harder to do ^_^

This year I am going as a Shadow Hunter {Mortal Instruments} or a "Dauntlus" inspired character. But I would just have fun and definitely look online they have good inspiration.

My birthday is 11 days before Halloween! Which gives me reasons to buy tons of things for the occasion because I LOVE Halloween :) I've been saving pictures of Halloween costume ideas but I'm going along the lines of video game characters.
