I'm looking for an eyeshadow pallete that has colors and earth tones and good quality, any suggestions or swatches?

Naked 2 basics is just as versatile and awesome as naked 1, except the shadows have cooler undertones (: The naked palettes are so versatile, but I've really been digging my Lorac pro 2 palette (I have 1, but I find the second one is more versatile for me). The lorac mega pro is launching very soon, you might like that also. I've heard too faced palettes are great as well, as for stila I've had one of their palettes and the pigment wasn't too impressive for me -.-

Lorac pro 1 or 2 both are amazing and way better than the naked palettes. I own the naked palettes and the Lorac and naked is crap compared the the colors and quality of Lorac.

^ I own both Urban Decay and Lorac palettes and the pigment isn't too shabby on either. It all depends on how you prep the area too, but both are pretty pigmented and have a long staying power.
