So, I love love gel liner. I have gel liner from Tarte and Bobby Brown. I love great cat eye looks but usually end up with raccoon eyes when I try. Any tips?

How about priming your eyes so it stays put. I saw someone who had a similar thread and a lot of people told her to prime her eyes.

That's what I do now! prime my eye, set my liner with black eyeshadow (or what ever color you use) and it stays pretty much in place!

My eyes are pretty greasy, so non of my beloved gel eyeliners stay put. I had to switch to liquid. It is not as pigmented but it says in place for ever.
Priming your eyes as Cindy says is a good idea if you set the primer before you put in your make up with a bit of mineral powder.
That did help but the raccoon ghost was always there.
