Lumene's Vitamin C capsules have really helped brighten my entire face...including the eyes. You have to apply gingerly as to avoid getting any C in your eye, but I love it. Also...I adore Peter Thomas Roth's Nueroliquid Volufill...brightens, firms and smooths while being packed with peptides. Lastly, It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under eye and PerFekt tinted eye perfection gel are both fantastic for concealing dark circles. Hope that helps!
