Finger comb through them in the shower when you have conditioner in & again when you have your deep conditioner in. I always have knots & that's what I do.

Use a wide toothed comb and the best way to do it without breakage is using it from the bottom up, so start with the ends of your hair first then just do the rest. :)

When I get bad knots I go into the shower, put conditioner in my hair and then start combing my hair from the bottom up with a wide tooth comb.
