I use Covergirl 3 in 1 with a beauty blender and it's not dewy :). I hate dewy foundations lol.

Agree with Jacqlyn, I only buy the Rimmel 25 hour stay :) I'm looking into trying the Loreal true match next time but that's 30$ here lmao, so Rimmel is good enough for me :) I like the coverage it has too.

Since youre on the drier side I would go with L'Oreal True Match Lumi or Rimmel (careful though, if you have fair skin like me, this isn't always the best because its too dark/orangey). Revlon Whipped foundation as worked pretty good for me... Use primer though! My favorite is definitely LOreal True Match Lumi (beware though it is luminous but I love how glowy and dewy it makes my skin look without looking oily) or Nyx.

If you're looking for a more natural look I loveeeee the BB cream by Marcelle! It's a bit more pricey but it lasts quite a long time.
