How to apply hourglass liquid lipstick?

How do you apply Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick so that it's not as pigmented? Also it tends to dry weird (tacky and splotchy) and get on my teeth, how can I prevent that?

Try taking some of the product from the tube and putting it onto a palette or the back of your hand and then applying it with a lip brush, to stop it from going patchy try a lip primer before applying the product.

PRIMER! A good lip primer is key😁👌it will look beautiful & it will also make it last longer, not make it looks dry & not flake. I recommend the one from too faced it's a turquoise colored one:-) best stuff ever!
