I have frizzy hair and ugh it's so f****d up and I've tried so many "frizz ease" products and they don't work!! I've tried its a miracle 10 John frieda and other stuff and no my hair is still frizzy and I really really wanna get rid of it!! And I'm tired of using products that don't help my hair!! What should I do?!

I've never had luck with Frieda's frizz ease stuff. Frizz is created by dryness and breakage. Here's a hair washing routine that's super nourishing and gentle, to help alleviate both:
-Wash hair with cold water
-don't rinse your conditioner out all the way. Just do a baptism rinse: cup your hands and fill them from the shower stream. Then dump the water over your hair. Do it once over the top of your head, then a couple times over the middle and ends.
-dry hair with an old t-shirt or pashmina scarf instead of a fluffy towel. And scrunch dry, don't rub hair with the towel.
-use a leave-in conditioner.
-if your hair is curly, use a gel for curly hair. They work by encasing the curls so frizz can't form as the hair dries.
-blow dry with a diffuser OR let hair air dry if you've got time. If you're air drying, you can lay a dry scarf/tshirt on top of your hair as well. It physically prevents the frizz from rising as the hair dries.
-once hair is dry, flip upside down and scrunch. This breaks the dried gel cast, so hair is soft and bouncy instead of crunchy and gelled looking.
