Um I just got a flower head band crown thing. It has big pink roses. What hair makeup and outfit should I wear it with?

If say go for simple makeup. foundation, mascara, eyeliner on waterline, blush and some light pink lipstick. A cute simple summer dress and some flats or sandals. For hair you could let it loose with soft waves or a simple messy braid.

I think you should wear it with a natural make-up so just mascara with eyeliner :) and for the hair you can do somes waves

Very natural look and put your hair down. Maybe big curls or waves.
