I want long hair is it hard to make it Grow? What can I use to get long hair.

Hair growth is determined by a combination of genetics and overall health. You cannot speed up growth, so it is best to keep ends healthy so that new growth doesn't split...permitting you to maintain length over time.

Use coconut oil and rub it in while hair is wet, wear it up or down, but don't heat it with anything unless you want it to talk longer.
