UD Primer Potion (they have I think 4 different ones but they are all great; the differences are one is shimmery Sin, one is matte, original, anti aging), Too Faced Shadow Insurance, and Milani (drugstore) also is really good.

I've tried UD Primer Potion, Benefit Stay Don't Tray and Too Faced Shadow Insurance. I find the last one the best :)

Urban decay primer potion original. I have all four of them but I prefer the original one because it has no colour and just works best for me.
