No matter how many I try, I still love Philosophy Purity. I have oily skin, and it cleans without over cleaning- which will just make oil worse! 😘💕

I use clearasil acne and marks face wash and mask. Works well for acne prone skin. Follow up with an alcohol free toner and a refreshing facial cream or oil and you should see some improvements.

Use lemons.. Cut slices and rub them on your face and let dry for 20 mins.. It will sting the first few times but you get used to it and if you do it everyday it really keeps your skin clear it has worked wonders for me. After you let it dry then wash it off and that's it.

Ouch... I agree.. best advice is not to use lemons or any citrus fruits on your skin. It's one of the most common skin care DIYs that is destructible to the skin's acid mantle layer and can leave your skin as a breeding ground for bacteria and viruses. If it's strong enough to destroy your teeth enamel, putting it on your face is not any better and there are much more gentle options that give the same effect.
Cetaphil, CeraVe, Paula's Choice are all great options. If you are breaking out I recommend a spot treatment or a BHA Exfoliant as cleansers themselves are not for break outs nor are they left on the skin long enough.

I agree with kitty. And if you go out in the sun with lemon on your face it could cause even more damage. Maybe give Paula's choice bha exfoliant a try, I hear a lot of great things about it :)
