Pimples that bleed almost like clots.

So I'm noticing usually that if a pop a pimple to the point where it bleeds, instead of being like normal blood it's coming out in clots. I never noticed this before so I think it's relatively new and I'm wondering what it means?

Go to a doctor it may not be a pimple.
