You tell them you want your brows shaped and not thin. That shouldn't be any kind of rocket science to them.

You go in and tell them to shape them without making them thin and ask them to give you tips in how to fill in your brows so the bug won't be that big of a problem.

In fact go now find a mirror and fill in the brow on the left so it kinda matches the full one, and then try to see the possible shapes you can get.

I have strong eyebrows. Just use eye pencil until they fully grow back, then pluck them along their natural line until they are clean yet just how you want them.

I would recommend using concealer to cover up the brow hairs and fill in the rest till you find a shape you like, take a pic and then you can show whoever is waxing them whatever you want. And also for afterwards I would recommend maybe a slightly lighter brow color just so it doesn't come off so harsh:)
