Maybe take it to a tailor and I'm sure they'll be able to make it fit a bit better :) Sorry I couldn't give you any DIY advice, I'm not too good with tailoring clothes myself!

Yea a tailor can do it for shore I used to take in my clothes that were to big myself. It's pretty simple to do
