Tinted lip balm! I like Maybelline Baby Lips, they're moisturizing and have the perfect amount of pigment.

Exfoliate them once a week. Then follow with a very hydrating lip balm. For the night time I use a heavier lip balm. Carry a lip balm with you for when your lips start to feel dry. Also if you lick your lips a lot that causes drying.

I apply Burt's Bees during the day if I'm not doing any other lippie, and Vaseline at night, right before I go to bed. I swear by the Vaseline trick, it IS a miracle for chapped lips. Feels kind of gross, but you're asleep for the vast majority of the time you have it on, so not too bad.

Applying Vaseline over your chapstick can help, but Vaseline alone will do nothing, but offer temporary relief. Vaseline isn't moisturizing it only seals in what moisture is already there.

Use a lip scrub like Body Shop Lip Scuff or Victoria's Secret Smooth FX Lip Scrub (or make your own) then use a good lip balm. Lucas' Paw Paw Ointment works wonders for me!

I agree with exfoliating then use Carmex and a tinted moisturising lip balm x

Make sure to check the ingredients in your lip balms- a lot contain alcohol which actually dries out your lips so they're worse by the time the wax and oil wear off.

I would recommend using a scrub and to also find a really hydrating like a balm or salve for at night and you could bring one of those little tubes in your pencil bag when you feel your lips get chapped.
