Chamomile is tea, and yes you should that! it works great for minor infections. If it's still like this tomorrow you need to see your doctor!

Hello Ciera,
You have been a member on Beautylish long enough to know that Health and wellness threads are not allowed on Beautylish and that repeat offenses can get you banned. I ask that you discontinue breaking the rules as such as I do not want to see you go. Everyone is expected to follow the rules and it is a bit disappointing. This question is also best suited for a Medical Professional, and I advise that you get professional help with such an issue especially with misinformation being rampant on the internet.

You make a strong cup of chamomile tea, use 2 tea bags, let them be in the water til it's cooled off, then dip a cotton ball it in and place over your eye.

The old Irish trick is to put a used tea bag on cotton wool, let it soak in and put in on your eye. Sounds weird but always works lol:)

Kitty is right, this doesn't belong here. It's an eye issue, not skin.
That said, if you have any pollen allergies (ragweed in particular) DO NOT use chamomile. It can cause serious allergic reactions. Definitely see a doctor or at least talk to a pharmacist. Strangers on the internet can't diagnose the problem and a bunch of home remedies may be delaying you from treating something potentially serious. Don't waste time and risk your eye, go to a professional.
