Okay so I bought a pair of heels a while ago and they're alittle big. Like my heel of my foot comes out of them when I walk. Is there any way I can make them a bit smaller? Or fit better?

I usually use a sock or piece of fabric in the front. The toilet paper seems to get messy if you're moving around a lot.

There are toe pads or foot pads made so your feet don't slide all the way into the shoe. I use them all the time bc I have such tiny feet!
