Hey! So I'm going to a Halloween costume sweet 16 and I'm planning on being a mermaid and I was wondering what type of bra I should wear. I want to make it myself I just need ideas, for bottoms I'm going to wear mermaid scale print leggings (I'll add a picture) and also what type of hair and makeup I have medium length hair I'm going to dye it light blue.

I would use a blue or green bra and do something like this, but with underwater stuff instead of flowers. You could have seashells instead of the flowers, add green lace for "algae" and use strings of fake pearls for the dangly bit.

And if you wanna cover up a little bit more you could get a longer bra that covers part of the ribcage, like this
