Bear with me please. Are eye makeup interchangeable when you become better at practicing? For example: I went to a MAC pro to do makeup and she pulled off a bombshell look effortless. But of course shes a pro and she has a wide arrange of colors and tools. I had to pact on lots of color in order to get the same thing with NAKED2. So I was wondering if its the makeup, or skills, or because of the tools....Can I hear input?

its honestly a little bit of everything. the right makeup and the wrong tools will screw you up and vice versa. that's not to say you can't fins great things at the drug store and still manage to pull off an amazing look. when I was younger and first started wearing makeup, I had no idea what I was doing, just that I had to make it look nice with what I had. some years later I was doing makeup for people that were going to.prom because they liked my application. It takes time but as soon as you find your fave products and develop your own tricks you can pretty much work with anything.
