I've seen this on Pinterest but haven't tried it. I don't think I would use the lemons though. I usually just use a mild soap to clean my mine and I've even put the brush head (not the whole clarisonic obviously lol) in the dishwasher and it has worked really well for when its getting time to replace my brush.
