Makeup: gold, light brown, minimum amount of light pink (just for a little color) and a slightly winged liner. A pastel pink lippie would look great.

Hair: I'd go with a curly look with her hair down. I like the #1 that Tyler suggested with the curly hair and braided headband. :)
