You could go to Nine West And They Will Give You To Pads For free and it doesn't hurt my foot its like you are walkin on AIR!!

I wear socks with them around the house (make sure they're not dirty!) Also if you get blisters just put bandaids on them :)

I understand your pain I went to Easton mall in some killer high heeled boots and got massive blisters on my feet. Use shoe stretchers and wear the shoes for short periods of time. If you get blisters let them go. Unless they are so big and painful (mine were a centimeter big) then get a needle wipe it with alcohol then slightly puncture the blister. You shouldn't feel pain if you do you went to deep. Then wrap the blister in a bandaid with neosporn or antibacterial ointment. Change the bandage and keep it clean and dry.
