MAYBE a dainty decorative scarf. Otherwise I think it looks silly. Like, if you're cold, put on a sweater, and if you're hot why are you wearing more than you need to? Lol yano what I mean? To each their own, but that's my opinion for ya

I love scarves and tank ts. Plain tank tops are just boring, you can make it more stylish and you by adding coloured/patterned cscarves :)
