I use the Covergirl 3 in 1 foundation and I use the rimmel stay matte powder and by the end of school it doesn't even look like I wear foundation or powder, does anyone have any tips on how I could make it stay longer.

Use a primer & a makeup setting spray! I like the hourglass mineral veil primer & urban decay makeup setting spray is good.

First up, what skin type do you have? Is it oily or? Secondly, are you using any primer or setting spray?
I recommend Lumi primer from loreal or Baremineral bb primer. Just browse through your local drugstore or if you have the cash, a department shop like sephora and ask for samples

I actually live that foundation! How you apply is helps with its elongation also. I usually use a beauty sponge to tap it in then blend it out. Then I use a transparent loose powder (Elf HD powder). If that still doesn't work, I sometimes tried a primer.

A primer, setting with a powder, and a setting spray make a huge difference.

We use the exact same products Sarah!! And what these ladies have suggest you do is so true :) I had the same problem too and I quickly fixed it by purchasing NYX's matte finish setting spray because I already use a primer and I have oily skin. I wake up for school at 6:30am (my uni is very far from where I live and I take the bus) and apply my make up and I end my day at 4pm so trust me when I say this: my setting spray makes my face bullet proof. I don't have to re powder or anything. Good luck :)

Rimmels stay matte primer is really good. like it actually makes it kinda hard to get my makeup off. lol but that's a good thing to me. you may as well try it since you're already using stay matte powder! ;)
