I had a few questions on face scrubs, can I use it everyday? And if the exfoliation factor is high, is it still safe to use everyday and if not what would happen?

Never use a scrub every day no matter how harsh it is. Using a scub that is to harsh or using it everyday causes micro cuts in your skin and damages it over time. No matter your skin type please only use it no more than 2x a week.
