It is a clear gel that comes from an aloe plant. Look in your local drug store for a squeeze tube of clear gel. It will say aloe Vera on it.

I don't know where you live but do you have sudocream there? I've had some pretty bad burns in the past, sunstroke, blisters (had to get them burst by a doc), heat rash, sudocream always works wonders. Gives relief, helps it heal and keeps infection at bay.

Try milk! just put a paper towel in a bowl of cold milk and put the towel on the burn for a few hours itll soothe it and it won't burn as much and if you keep doing that it'll make the redness go away some too.

Okay may sound weird but make a warm luke bath and add baking soda into bath an soak.. If that doesn't work add a cup if Apple cider vinegar (in new bath water) soak in it for about 20-30 minutes
