What can I do to get a smooth skin and get rid of these large pores/holes??

You can't change the size of your pores, however you can reduce the appearance of them. Try a pore reducing primer or Porefessional.

Yeah, those look like true acne scars (or craters). Unfortunately, you cannot reduce the size of pores once they've gotten big. I mean there is products that temporarily make them appear smaller because they "fill" them..such as a pore filler or silicone primer..there's no permanent way though.

You can't make them smaller. Try the Porefessionals, it's advertised as a pore filler but I use it as a primer and I love it.

That's not entirely true you can over time reduce them a lot
I have a few pores in the contour between my chin and lip
I just used rose water everyday and moisturised well I didn't use anything else and in 3-4 months they significantly reduce
I admit it was a long process but I rather do that then get something for a very small area

Use ice and rub them!
