Cass is right. I understand your eyebrows as mine are quite similar.
I do draw them completely.
I love the arch and the tone, so similar to your hair.
You have a very sweet face and I think you can pull this off. I do live thicker eyebrows, though. Oh! And in my opinion your whole no foundation-pro-freckles-look is absolutely beautiful.
