For the eyes appearling small, you have a couple options. You can line your waterline with a white cream shadow or shadow stick, a concealer pencil, or anything else that will make your waterlines a lighter color. For face makeup, try do use a foundation without spf so that it will photograph well and also use a powder. The rest is up to you (well its ALL up to you) so whatever makes you feel comfortable :-) and lol you don't look weird! Your just not smiling, I think thats what's missing 😄

If I were you I'd fill in the brows because photos tend to wash out your eyebrows.
