I'm so excited to go to the Katy Perry concert tonight! I'm wearing a bright pink tutu and a white tank with a sparkly red heart on it. I am also curling my hair in loose curls. I would like to keep my makeup kind of natural but still fun and glam. Any suggestions you have are super appreciated. Thank you!!
