You can line your eyes with a white or nude eyeliner.

You can try adding a bit of white shadow to your inner corners/tear ducts to create the illusion of bigger eyes.

White eyeliner on the waterline, under eye concealer, do your eyebrows, bright eyeshadow on browbones and inner corners and lenghtening mascara with some eyelienr and a darker shade on the crease.

If you wanna go full out get circle lenses and false eyelashes. If you want more subtle or don't have the time then white liner on your water line will also make them look bigger. As well on the bottom lashes only put mascara on the outer corner.
