Personally with bold lips, I like to have more of a clean and fresh eye makeup.
I define my crease use little to no eyeliner and sport big lashes<3

Both the clean eye with a little wing and the gold eyeshadow are good suggestions. I think it really depends on what you are wearing clothes-wise. For example I don't think gold shadow would look good with the grey top you have on in the pic but could be beautiful if you were wearing a jewel toned top.

I agree with Shelley! But if you want a but more maybe you could add just a touch of shimmer (maybe like a champagne shimmery shade) swiped lightly on the lid (in addition to what you have on your eyes in the pic) :-)
