It's actually a teal glitter liner I used, I purchased from Hottopic, it's very pretty! And I just used it over my pen liner since I couldn't find my main black liner. :p I used this pink glitter liner by Hard candy but very little by the wing, it doesn't show up in pictures good sadly... But in person it's so vibrant.

Just don't by the pen liner they sell at hottopic it was super hard to wipe off and it gave me a rash near my eye for a week
