Steve Madden has awesome sales on line you can get cute boots for $30 and they're good quality. Other than that Charlotte Russe has sales on boots all the time

Check out Nordstom Rack, it's all stuff marked down from Nordstrom's. I got a sweet deal on a pair of leather stiletto knee highs that for $79 that were originally $399! I have had them for a few years now and they are still comfy and the leather looks beautiful. I am obsessed with boots and in my opinion if you buy a quality pair you can have them for years and for me a cheap pair is usually worn out with 6 months to a year, lol. But as I stated I love to wear boots (I live in the Northwest) and am pretty hard on them so I wear them out quickly.
I've got a couple of cheap pairs from Target that were cute cowgirlish styles. I don't know if they would have many in stores with it being Springtime and all but their website might have some still! Hope you find some, sorry this post was so long! =)
