But when you do your makeup, do you applu your foundation first, or your eye makeup? I've heard that some people do their eyes first, so they can clean up any mess, and then their foundation, but if worry about accidentally ruining my eye makeup when applying foundation after.

I understand what you're saying about ruining your eye make up but it never does ruin it and if you somehow touch your eye shadow with foundation or something then you can just use a blending brush to blend the eyeshadow back to how it was :)

If I'm doing a very dark dramatic eye I will do eyes first so I don't get dark shadows on my foundation, but most of the time I do my foundation first.

When I wear foundation I apply it after if I'm using very shimmery/glitter shadows, but if I'm using matte shades or something that doesn't cause fall out I apply my foundation first.

If I'm applying darker shadows I always do eyes first other wise I do my face first.

For normal everyday looks I do foundation first but for certain eye looks I'll do my eye makeup first. It really just depends what look I'm doing...

I always do my eyes first. I like to use that time to let my moisturizer and lip balm sink in. That and I just don't want to have to fuss with touching the face stuff all up again because I've been leaning my hands on it, etc. I've never messed up my eye makeup by doing face makeup after. I think the worst that could happen is you smear concealer and eyeliner together and have to touch up one or the other but that's an easy fix.
