Can You Help Me Decide What Kind I Have?

So in the winter, skin on my cheeks so dry its literally flaking off.. now that its warmer out, I'm in NY, I'm more oily... so I have a few questions...
1- what kind of skin would I have? is it possible for skintype to change with weather?
2- what product would you recommend?
growing up I had bad acne, n everything made it worse. I do not have this problem anymore ( guess I grew out of it) but I have large pores and I'm afraid using products will make me breakout...help? suggestions?

Hey darling and yes your skin type can change! I've always had combination skin until recent! I now have dry to normal skin and I too was scared of using new products! I've recently been using 'Paulas choice' you can order samples which is what I did (I did a lot of research) and oh my her products are wonderful and there the only ones on the market which actually does what it says on the bottle! I'm going to order the full products. Another great brand is Nivea! I sometimes use to get really oily skin in the summer and Nivea products worked wonders.
TIP: if you ever have really dry bad flakey skin at night slap a tone of Vaseline on and leave it on whilst you sleep then wash as normal in the morning.

You do have dry combo skin and yes skin types change with weather,hormonal issues,even products can change your skin type,Cerave is good for all skin types it's non comedogenic hydrating and nourishing for your skin the cleanser and moisturizer are great and dermatologist recommend if you want to add in a serum I recommend Isomers C stem serum it's gentle and also does not cause breakouts all Isomers skincare products are formulated for the most sensitive,acne prone skin so they work well for everyone
